ORIGINS

Heyah's inception has been established around 2012 when Travis and his wife Kristy merged forces with Jay Tehauno and his wife Melissa Tehauno. The couples were both in previous numerous bands over the years with combined professional experience in writing, studio recording and performing alongside national acts. We all met awhile ago and eventually realized that we had more in common than just the love for music. Our common ground was originally based in the love for heavy music and it naturally grew into great friendships. The four of them eventually began to realize that the greatest commonality was shared by our mutual love for scriptural truth and continuing to learn the ways of Creator. Through the many years of patiently writing music together, we all have grown into a collaborative effort that we now want to share with everyone.

VISION

Our vision has always been to set the example with anything that we immerse ourselves in.  Our families are both blessed with many musical and artistic gifts and we give everything to Creator.  Our spiritual beliefs are a reflection of what we create. musically and visually.  We are extremely motivated to not only entertain and inspire, but to create awareness through our god given talents. One of our primary goals is to expand into a multi-genre style that connects with many.

We believe that we are in very special times.  Our ambition gives us momentum, but our discernment gives us balance.  We continue to strive to keep in alignment with what we are compelled to do everyday.  The past few years has shown us that Creator is in control  We will continue to grow, to love and to create our very best. 

2025 should have some very special moments.
